  • 8:30 AM: Traditional Service with Christmas Communion (Sanctuary)

    11:00 AM: Contemporary Service with Christmas Communion (Seabrook)

  • No, Christ Methodist will be closed on Christmas, and there will be no services.

    After Christmas Eve, our next worship service will be on Sunday, January 31, for one special service at 11:00 AM.

  • 8:30 AM: Traditional Service features our strong Methodist roots, including liturgy, hymns, and teaching. Communion will be served.

    11:00 AM: Contemporary Service features contemporary worship, relevant messages, Spirit-filled liturgy, and a welcoming community. Communion will be served.

    4:00 PM: Family Service is a contemporary service featuring joyful Christmas favorites, a children’s special message, and brief teaching.

    5:00 PM: Christmas Communion is a come-and-go event that will feature a brief liturgy and communion.

    7:00 PM: Candlelight Service is a traditional Christmas Eve Candlelight Service featuring liturgy, Christmas hymns, prayerful reflection, and teaching.

  • Our Sunday morning services are typically 65 to 75 minutes long. Our Candlelight Service will also be around the same duration. Our Family Service is about 60 minutes.

  • For our Christmas Eve services, most attendees dress in business casual or semi-formal, but please, come as you are and feel comfortable.

  • Traditionally, the Family and Candlelight Services are very well attended, leaving few empty seats. However, we anticipate all of our worship services to be full and encourage you to arrive early.

  • We encourage you to arrive at least 15-20 minutes before the service to ensure you have a spot with your family and are seated when the service begins.

  • Christ Church has several parking lots on our campus; however, with our anticipated crowds, we expect those lots to fill up. If you cannot find a spot on our campus, park across Grove Park Rd. at the Laurelwood Shopping Center or across Poplar Ave. at Oak Court Mall.

  • Yes! We encourage families to attend together, especially our morning services and the Family Service.

  • Our nursery will only be open for the 8:30 and 11:00 AM services. There will be no Elementary Ministry on Christmas Eve.
