The Means of Grace

John Wesley described the means of grace as the channels through which God’s grace flows into our lives, transforming and sustaining us in faith. These practices, including prayer, searching the Scriptures, fasting, and participating in the sacraments, are ways we intentionally connect with God. By engaging in these means of grace, we open ourselves to experience God’s love and grow in holiness.
