One by One Ministries
Mission: demonstrate the love of Christ by mentoring and educating moms so their children thrive, fostering both spiritual growth and practical parenting skills.
Vision: Mentors walk alongside moms from pregnancy through at least the child’s first year, offering encouragement, parenting guidance, baby development support, and connection to community resources. Services are provided at no cost and include weekly check-ins and monthly meetings in-person or virtually.
Program Highlights
Weekly phone or text contact and monthly meetings with their mom mentee.
Sharing friendship, encouragement, and non-judgmental support.
Teaching parenting strategies, baby health, and developmental milestones.
Providing activities that promote early childhood growth.
Helping moms document memories and bond with their baby.
Referring moms to additional community resources when needed.
Sharing the hope and love of Jesus throughout the mentoring relationship.
Support One by One

Volunteers committed to praying for mentors, moms, and the ministry with guided prayer resources.

Mentors: Trained volunteers (typically Christian women) who are matched one-on-one with a mom to provide support and education during pregnancy and early motherhood. Training and materials are provided.
Church coordinators & support volunteers: People who help recruit, train, and match mentors, and support the mentoring network within local churches.
Prayer partners: Volunteers committed to praying for mentors, moms, and the ministry with guided prayer resources.
Other needs: Light office help, donation sorting, and providing items like gently used baby clothing, equipment, or gift cards for mom support events.
