Join us in daily prayer for our Christ Methodist mission team serving in Liberia, from August 16-25 , 2025.
Prayer Calendar
AUGUST 16-17
Pray for Nathan and Diane as they travel. Ask for smooth connections and for safe flights. Also, pray for Chris as she prepares for them to come.
AUGUST 18-23
Pray that Dr. Chris feels seen by God as she spends time with Nathan and Diane. Chris has been one of Christ Methodist’s ministry partners for over twenty years. In that time, she has only had a handful of teams come from our church. Pray that their visit will refresh her and that Nathan and Diane will have new ideas of how we can support her work.
Pray for Nathan to be able to connect with some of the community's pastors, especially the pastor at Chris’s church. Pray that God will use the things he taught him during his years of working as a chaplain in Memphis to minister to patients in the clinic.
Pray for Diane to connect with patients and have an opportunity to share the hope that she has with those who need to hear. Give her wisdom, as she is used to bringing healing to the patients that she sees. Pray that God will use her to bring joy and life into her patient encounters.
Pray for Nathan to have the opportunity to visit the community around the clinic, understand its needs, and explore how we can support Chris in developing community health strategies.
AUGUST 24-25
Pray once again for travel mercies for Nathan and Diane as they travel back to Memphis. Pray for times of reflection, rest, and thanksgiving as they journey home.
